Forty years ago – in 1984 – Radio Northern Beaches first broadcast to the community after several years testing and sorting out licences etc. It was a great achievement and one that has a lasting legacy. So, this program celebrates that accomplishment by playing music from that year.
The playlist has a mix of genres starting with gentle pop through to heavy metal. It was a great year and now most of the tracks are considered “classic”!
