This is the first in a new series of programs focusing on music managers. These are the folks that often in the early days were crooks who took most of the earnings – or simply embezzled the money. There are countless stories of musicians finding out that they have no money, despite having some major hits.
So, the first in the series is about one of the good guys – Cliff Burnstein who started out in finance and promotions work for a label to starting his own business that took some bands and artists into mega stardom.
